Lead and develop a team of 6-8 engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to drive high-quality delivery.
Partner with teams across Austin and EMEA to plan, prioritize, and deliver features and platform capabilities.
Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Establish and maintain engineering best practices for software development, testing, security, and release management.
Stay technically engaged by supporting architectural decisions, reviewing designs, and helping teams solve complex technical challenges.
Support agile planning and execution, ensuring realistic commitments, clear priorities, and predictable delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business goals with technical execution.
Help grow the organization through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and career development.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern software development practices and distributed systems.
Experience delivering complex software products in agile environments.
Proven ability to drive engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, security best practices, and release processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
Experience with AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
