- Run billing reconciliations — match payments to invoices and bank transactions, investigating discrepancies.
- Manage contract buyouts — verify amounts and end dates, process payments, and maintain accurate tracking.
- Act as a detective — investigate unusual numbers and document findings for team clarity.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Client Success to maintain clean billing processes.
- Contribute to broader operations tasks as needed, including reports and process improvements.
🛠️ Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for uncovering discrepancies.
- Proficient with numbers and spreadsheets, comfortable handling large transaction volumes.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation of reconciliations.
- Highly organized and self-driven, able to manage recurring processes independently.
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, or reconciliations is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Salesforce, Brex, or QuickBooks is advantageous.
