- Reach out to 50 passive candidates daily and review applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screens and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and fit.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, job descriptions, best practices, and market insights.
- Coordinate recruitment updates with stakeholders and maintain ATS and sourcing tracker records to QA standards.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs.

- Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).

- Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear, professional communication skills.

About the role:
We are seeking a results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in digital marketing, operations, and creative roles for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Attraction:
- Reach out to 50 passive candidates every day.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices and provide market insights.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers, ensuring 100% compliance with QA standards.
- Track and report KPIs

- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
- Salary: $1,300 + commissions (On Target Earnings $2,375)
