Head of Investor Relations

The Head of Investor Relations at Rackspace Technology will define and execute the global Investor Relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and growth opportunities.

• Define, develop, and execute the Investor Relations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead all investor relations activities and manage relationships with financial analysts and institutional investors.
• Monitor market developments and provide strategic counsel to executive leadership.
• Prepare executive leadership for earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences.
• Develop compelling presentations that articulate the company's strategy and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a public-facing role at a publicly traded company.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience building relationships with institutional investors and financial analysts.
• Strong understanding of SEC disclosure requirements and corporate governance practices.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
