  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key Retail and Ecommerce advertisers across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and deepen senior-level relationships with partners, serving as a trusted advisor on media strategy and performance.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned to each client's business priorities and proactively address risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and ensure partner needs are met.
  • Turn complex data sets into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns, delivering clear performance updates and recommendations.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into persuasive stories for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with retail and ecommerce advertisers and understanding of their key performance drivers.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
