The Learning and Development Expert - LMS & Data owns the technical and data backbone of our learning infrastructure. Makes sure the LMS runs smoothly, data is captured cleanly, and gives the L&D team the foundation for sound, data-driven decisions.
Design and run learning programs from onboarding to workshops, create engaging training content, assess learning needs, and use feedback and data to improve programs in collaboration with team leads.
The Learning & Development Coordinator leads shipboard training and e-learning, delivers crew development programs, maintains training records, and supports crew engagement and continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences for corporate and clinical teams, including clinician orientation, eLearning, and cohort programs that strengthen workforce capabilities and support effective care delivery.
Coordinate talent programs and support assessments, succession planning, performance reviews, and workforce strategy by documenting discussions, tracking development, and preparing reports for Talent leadership.
