🛠️ Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Sourcer in the high-tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Experience with CV screening, candidate sourcing and outreach, phone interviews, data analysis, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English in speaking, writing, and reading.
Full job description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Sourcer to join our one-of-a-kind sourcing team for a temporary position for 12 months. As a Technical Sourcer you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, gathering market insights, and supporting our hiring managers and recruitment team to unsure we achieve our hiring goals.
You will develop and execute sourcing strategies across a variety of technical domains and business units, partnering closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders. Through talent mapping and market insights, you will help shape hiring decisions and drive recruiting processes forward. You will also lead and contribute to cross-organizational initiatives focused on candidate experience, diversity, employer branding, and sourcing innovation.
Our ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with exceptional sourcing skills, a passion for building talent pipelines, and finding the best candidates for our organization. We are looking for a team player with an ability to address challenges with creativity and analytical thinking, work independently, engage others, and see the big picture.
**We have sites at Jerusalem, Tel- Aviv, Petach-Tikva , Ramat Gan and Haifa, and we work from the office 4 times a week.
This role is located in Ramat Gan. Please note- you will be required to work from the Jerusalem office once a week, or according to business needs.
