As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help deliver a smooth, consistent hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will coordinate interviews, keep recruitment processes running efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of care.
You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to improve how we hire as we grow. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and support projects that make our recruiting operations more effective and scalable.
Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across global teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
Own candidate experience initiatives by managing feedback surveys, reporting on insights, and driving continuous improvements.
Maintain job postings, recruitment pipelines, and ATS data accuracy while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
Support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and recruitment content.
Manage the employee referral program, ensuring timely follow-up, tracking, and recognition.
Improve recruiting processes by documenting best practices, supporting tooling initiatives, and helping automate workflows.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent operations projects that improve the efficiency and scalability of recruitment.
Around 4β5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Confidence working with spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby, and recruitment data.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on improving processes rather than simply maintaining them.
A collaborative working style and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and external partners.
Adaptability, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
