You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates.
We’re looking to engage an experienced and specialized clinical recruiter to find top-quality licensed mental health therapists to join Lyra’s rapidly-growing Clinical Provider Network. Contract Recruiters will manage the full recruitment process for specified roles, from outreach to provider evaluation. The work you do will help to create positive outcomes for Lyra’s clients and redesign how mental health care is delivered today.
Responsibilities
Recruits mental health providers for specified roles and in specified geographic areas, which may include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, servicing as the provider’s primary point of contact
3+ years of work experience in a clinical recruitment role in a healthcare industry, especially recruiting mental health therapists, strongly preferred
Passionate about changing the landscape of Behavioral Health
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an outstanding phone presence; excellent influencing and negotiating skills
Proven record of success; strives for excellence, productivity, and excellence
Proficient in Recruitment Technology stack, , familiarity with Lever preferred, CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk, and/or HR platforms
Provides administrative and coordination support across the talent acquisition process, managing candidate screening, interviews, offers, checks, travel, onboarding, recruitment systems, and pipeline reporting.
Build candidate pipelines for technical and business roles by sourcing and engaging talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and coordinating external recruiting partners and recruiting operations.
Coordinate interviews, calendars, candidate communications, recruitment records, and reporting across countries and business functions, helping recruiters deliver an accurate, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
Own full-cycle recruiting and People Operations across five businesses, managing concurrent searches, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, compliance, and consistent hiring processes.
Own full-cycle recruiting across the company while building the People programs, systems, and processes that support hiring, onboarding, performance, and employee experience as the team grows.
