- Partner with senior management to align team performance with business objectives.

- Track team performance and develop solutions to improve service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with brokers to tailor support to their needs.
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a people management or leadership role within the financial services industry.
- Professional mortgaging experience, ideally within the Australian mortgage market.
- Extensive experience in broker/finance support or customer engagement roles.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
