- Lead technical discovery sessions with customer experts to understand their use cases and business processes.
- Design and build AI agents, code tools, and automations in Kustomer Concierge and Envoy.
- Guide customers through data and integration work necessary for agent functionality.
- Assist prospects with proof of concept builds in testing environments.
- Test, debug, and tune AI configurations in production, refining responses based on logs and API feedback.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback and best practices.
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or engineering, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Track record of running effective customer discovery sessions to unpack use cases and business processes.
- Hands-on experience building integrations and prototypes against REST APIs, with fluency in testing and debugging.
- Ability to read and reason over JavaScript to understand and improve Code Tools.
- Genuine AI fluency, using AI coding and reasoning tools daily.
- Familiarity with customer experience and support, comfortable discussing omnichannel delivery with technical and business audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex designs to diverse audiences.
- Innate curiosity for new technologies and excitement to share findings with colleagues.
