This is a newly created individual contributor role focused on turning new product concepts into successful, measurable market launches.
You will own go-to-market planning from pricing and packaging through positioning, promotion, launch execution, and early performance analysis.
The role combines product marketing, commercial strategy, customer acquisition, subscriber growth, merchandising, and integrated campaign execution.
You will work across Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, Creative, Retention, Operations, and Customer Care to bring launches to life.
A key part of the role is balancing the needs of new customers with opportunities to drive attach, upgrades, swaps, and incremental lifetime value among existing subscribers.
You will also establish launch tiers, measurement frameworks, and repeatable processes that make future product launches faster and more effective.

Accountabilities:
As a GTM Marketing Manager, you will own the commercial and marketing execution of new product launches, acting as the connective point across teams to ensure every launch is strategically planned, operationally ready, and effectively brought to market.
- Own go-to-market plans for new products from initial concept through launch and early performance.
- Develop a tiered launch model that determines the appropriate level of planning, investment, and cross-functional support for each initiative.
- Plan the new customer acquisition motion for each launch, including offer construction, quiz placement, landing pages, paid creative, first-order economics, and conversion considerations.
- Develop strategies for existing subscribers, including attach, upgrade, swap, portal and email experiences, SKU cannibalization, incremental LTV, and customer migration plans.
- Develop pricing and packaging recommendations in partnership with R&D, Supply Chain, Digital Product, Creative, and Finance.
- Prepare merchandising and promotional inputs for Digital Product and Creative teams, including PDP content, quiz placement, SKU and bundle setup, promotional mechanics, and subscriber portal flows.
- Define launch measurement plans before execution, including success criteria, key metrics, analytical approaches, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze launch performance and translate findings into repeatable go-to-market practices and playbooks.
- Coordinate launch and campaign timelines across Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Retention, and Customer Care.
- Take integrated campaigns to market across paid media, email and CRM, organic social, content, and PR.
- Manage multiple concurrent launches and campaigns while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Build strong working relationships across functions and drive accountability without direct authority over partner teams.
- Establish a repeatable GTM process with clearly defined roles, launch tiers, pre-launch success criteria, and post-launch reporting.
- During the first 30 days, quickly understand the product pipeline, marketing calendar, launch dependencies, and key cross-functional relationships.
- Within the first three months, lead at least one complete product go-to-market plan and take an integrated campaign from planning through market launch.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, go-to-market, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in CPG or direct-to-consumer environments is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading product launches end-to-end, including pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience working with subscription commerce environments and the digital surfaces required to support launches, such as brand pages, PDPs, quizzes, SKUs, bundles, promotional mechanics, and subscriber portals.
- Experience developing merchandising and promotional inputs for creative and product teams.
- Experience marketing to both prospective customers and existing subscriber bases, including attach, upgrade, and swap strategies.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across paid media, email/CRM, organic social, and content.
- Working knowledge of unit economics and pricing frameworks.
- Ability to establish launch success criteria and measurement plans before execution and use post-launch results to improve future programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams across Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, Creative, Retention, Operations, and Customer Care without formal authority.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for briefs, launch plans, strategic recommendations, and cross-functional updates.
