📜 Description
- Prepare internal requisitions, once approved by the relevant supervisor.
- In conjunction with the Inventory Manager, prepare external requisitions and process data in MXP.
- Manage and process uniforms in MXP.
- Load and offload items stored in the Hotel and Uniform Central Storerooms.
- Manage and maintain Hotel and Uniform Central Storerooms, ensuring items are in good condition.
- Implement and follow up on correct Stock Rotation Procedures and ensure FIFO regulations.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of food products, storeroom operations, and storage procedures.
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in material management systems; experience in MXP is preferred.
- Strong administration skills and proficiency with PC-based databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Positive and hands-on personality with impeccable hygiene standards.
