- Build and implement the overall email marketing strategy, expanding product, marketing, and transactional campaigns.
- Hands-on execution: set up email templates, create complex communication chains, and track event accuracy.
- Continuously generate ideas, conduct A/B testing, create content plans, and segment user databases.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign effectiveness, optimizing operational metrics and retention rates.
- Manage priorities, deadlines, and results of involved specialists (designers, developers).
🛠️ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing / CRM marketing in B2C product companies with measurable business results.
- Experience with subscription products (SaaS/mobile app) is a plus.
- Practical experience with omnichannel SaaS solutions (Mailchimp, Unisender, Iterable, Braze, Reteno) and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze user databases deeply, understanding data transfer, event collection, and segmentation impact on business metrics.
- Experience with product and web analytics (Amplitude, GA4, BI systems) to track communication results.
- Experience in creating retention programs from analytics to launch and evaluation.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
