Operational Transformation, Senior Manager

The Operational Transformation, Senior Manager role is a key leader for Guide-facing change readiness, bridging strategy and execution to ensure smooth workflow changes across teams.

Description

• Own change readiness end to end, including deployment, adoption, feedback, and iteration for operational changes.
• Build repeatable tooling such as playbooks and adoption dashboards to facilitate change.
• Act as the Guide-facing counterpart to Product and Tech, representing frontline constraints in roadmap and design.
• Ensure milestone readiness and surface gaps before key dates.
• Prepare frontline leaders with necessary resources and training before changes are implemented.
• Monitor second- and third-order impacts of workflow changes to prevent issues post-launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, program/change management, or operational transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to build tools, automations, or systems that are still in use.
• Experience leading change through influence across teams without direct authority.
• Ability to write narratives for senior leaders and manage workflow details.
• Comfort with shifting priorities and re-sequencing work mid-flight.
• Fluency with AI tools and practical examples of their use in daily work.
