As the Drug Trend Management Pipeline Development Senior Manager, you will analyze drug cost, safety, and integrity opportunities across Part B and Part D to drive impactful solutions.

Description

• Evaluate surfaced opportunities one at a time.
• Pressure-test the signal to determine if the pattern is real.
• Build clinical and financial cases for viable opportunities.
• Form hypotheses and identify the appropriate owners for solutions.
• Close the loop on false positives and refine detection capabilities.
• Grow into the pipeline by proving judgment on evaluations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the pharmacy domain with a focus on drug cost and safety.
• 5-8 years of experience in managed care pharmacy or related fields.
• Population-level analytical instinct and ability to reason about groups.
• Medicare regulatory fluency and understanding of permissible actions.
• Hands-on experience with standard claims data.
• Strong communication skills to make compelling cases.
