About the Role:
We are seeking an articulate, commercially sharp B2B Sales Executive to join an innovative UK publishing and business engagement company as a dedicated, full-time remote team member.
The business operates a unique digital platform and publishing service that helps entrepreneurs and corporate leaders capture personal insights, engage their audiences, generate warm leads, and publish co-authored books.
This is a full-cycle sales role reporting directly to the Founder. You will take ownership of outbound business development—converting incoming interest and driving proactive outreach into closed deals. Speaking directly with UK business owners, CEOs, and senior decision-makers, you will simplify a unique product proposition and guide prospects from initial contact through to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Product Proposition & Full-Cycle Closing
- Selling a Unique Concept: Simplify and articulate an unfamiliar, consultative product proposition naturally—uncovering buyer motivations (personal branding, prestige, lead generation) and demonstrating clear commercial value.
- Dual Market Targeting:
- Individual Package (£995): Target entrepreneurs and business owners seeking personal recognition, profile raising, and authority (initial focus).
- Corporate Package (£25,000): Target CEOs and senior executives at established businesses (£5m+ turnover) seeking customer engagement and lead generation.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage conversations end-to-end—moving leads from outreach through discovery, presentation, objection handling, and deal closing independently.
Outreach & Pipeline Management
- Unscripted Outreach: Engage UK decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn using personality, wit, and intelligent conversation rather than rigid scripts.
- Pipeline Execution: Independently manage follow-ups, keep accurate CRM records, and drive consistent conversions without requiring day-to-day oversight.
- Brand Protection: Represent a well-established brand with high emotional intelligence, credibility, and professionalism.
