- Evolve the ledger system to ensure accuracy for customer balances, credits, and adjustments.
- Integrate with Stripe for subscriptions, usage records, and handle edge cases like mid-cycle plan changes.
- Build billing APIs and internal tools for product, finance, and customer success teams.
- Improve observability across the billing pipeline to quickly detect and debug issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to confidently ship new pricing models.
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience shipping a usage-based billing system in production.
- Deep integration experience with Stripe and understanding of its data model.
- Experience building or maintaining a financial ledger.
- Strong focus on correctness and customer trust in billing processes.
- Ability to balance speed and revenue integrity.
