- Lead design strategy and execution across Coinbase One membership, CB1 Card, and the broader Loyalty surface area.
- Partner with senior Product and Engineering leads to shape roadmaps and represent design in leadership forums.
- Drive strategic design work including membership evolution, retention mechanics, and rewards experiences.
- Set and maintain a high quality bar across all Loyalty surfaces through structured review processes.
- Represent Loyalty design in exec-level reviews and cross-functional leadership syncs.
🛠️ Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience.
- Proven track record leading design for subscription, loyalty, or membership products at scale (1M+ users).
- Experience partnering with senior product and engineering leaders to shape strategy and define roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to set systems-level vision while shipping high-quality work on weekly/biweekly cadences.
- Familiarity with consumer fintech, payments, or credit card product design.
