🛠️ Requirements
- You have proven experience managing workplace services, facilities, or office operations in a large, complex corporate environment — ideally within a global technology company.
- You bring strong negotiation skills and are comfortable managing both internal stakeholder relationships and external vendor contracts.
- You have demonstrated experience leading and developing a team, with a track record of building high-performing, engaged workplace services professionals.
- You are skilled in regional project management, coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments and geographies simultaneously.
- You have experience managing operational and event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and Accounts Payable.
- You bring excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- You are a strong communicator who can represent Workplace Services and Communities & Impact during onboarding, manager forums, and company-wide events.
- You have a solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance, ESG reporting, and audit processes.
- You must speak English proficiently; Polish language skills are strongly preferred for this Warsaw-based role.
