- Define and maintain a coherent design language across Bevi's hardware and digital products.
- Set high standards for craft in industrial design and UI/UX, while being hands-on.
- Own CMF (color, material, finish) standards for hardware in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to protect design integrity from concept through production.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience with 5+ years leading both physical/industrial design and digital/UI-UX design.
- Proven experience managing and growing a multidisciplinary design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing range across hardware and digital design.
- Experience with CMF decisions and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing.
