AI/ML Services Delivery Lead

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.

We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal.

AlphaGov is seeking an AI/ML Services Delivery Lead to lead delivery of AI systems and services under multi-state cooperative master agreements — including solution scoping, implementation, model deployment/integration support, and stakeholder coordination across participating state and local entities.

What you'll do:

• Lead AI/ML solution scoping, implementation planning, and delivery for public-sector clients
• Coordinate model deployment, integration support, and documentation across participating entities
• Produce service delivery plans, status reporting, and client-ready technical artifacts
• Partner with governance/SME resources on responsible-AI and data-handling requirements
• Contribute AI/ML delivery-lead qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned

Requirements

Required:

• Enterprise AI/ML solution delivery leadership experience
• Ability to translate business needs into implementable AI/ML service offerings
• Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites

Nice to have:

• Public-sector or higher-education AI delivery experience
• Data-governance or responsible-AI collaboration experience
• Cooperative-contract or multi-entity task-order delivery experience
• 2–3 AI/ML delivery engagements you can cite (scope, dates, role)
