Program Director, Virtual IOP | Adolescent Mental Health | Hybrid, Florida
Full-Time | Hybrid (Remote + Community Outreach) | Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM EST
Lead a virtual program that changes lives and grow it like a business.
Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is hiring a Program Director to lead our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13 to 17 and their families. You’ll run the telehealth program remotely, do community outreach to grow it, and lead the virtual clinical team.
AWA holds The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and provides family-centered PHP and IOP care across South Florida.
What You’ll Lead
- Outreach: represent the program at events, schools, and provider offices
- Business Development: build referral partnerships across Florida
- Census: track, forecast, and grow census and admissions conversion
- Marketing: partner on campaigns and lead generation
- Operations: run the telehealth IOP schedule and coverage in Kipu EHR
- Clinical Quality: drive outcomes, NPS, and quality improvement
- Compliance: keep the program audit-ready (AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, HIPAA)
- Team Leadership: supervise, hire, and develop therapists and Wellness Coordinators
- Budget and KPIs: own the budget, KPIs, and leadership reporting
