About the role:
As a Research Specialist III You will be responsible for researching, verifying, and updating data for ZoomInfo's industry-leading sales intelligence platform. The right candidate for this role has an engaging personality, an eye for quality, and a drive to learn with us as we continue to improve the top-quality research processes that keep ZoomInfo ahead of our competition.

Own client relationships and turn retail, market research, and sales data into actionable insights, presentations, and recommendations that guide business growth and category strategy.
Develop and oversee health economic models that guide healthcare resource allocation, advise clients from model design through interpretation, ensure project quality, and build client relationships while mentoring colleagues.
Develop solar PV market intelligence and strategic insights by analyzing complex industry data, producing client-ready research and consulting deliverables, and supporting product development and thought leadership.
Evaluate energy efficiency retrofit programs by designing impact and process studies, estimating gross and net savings through billing analysis, reviewing assumptions and data, and delivering reports and recommendations.
Lead client-facing impact measurement and portfolio intelligence, turning evidence into actionable insights, commercial opportunities, and stronger decision-making across impact finance and inclusive value chain engagements.
