Compensation + Benefits
Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Build and scale the partner academy and certification program, creating sales, pre-sales, and technical curricula while turning expert knowledge into effective learning and automating program operations.
Own global GTM onboarding and enablement operations, delivering consistent training while coordinating programmes, certifications, reporting and cross-functional workstreams to help the team scale.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementation programs, coordinating technical and business teams, managing project plans, risks, quality, and financials, and driving adoption aligned with customer goals.
Build and scale n8n’s partner delivery program by coordinating partner-led engagements, managing commercial frameworks, tracking performance, and ensuring consistent customer outcomes as Forward Deployed Engineering grows.
Lead technical assistance for local governments and nonprofits administering federal housing and community development programs, including CDBG and HOME, through assessments, training, coaching, and program guidance.
