Requirements
Lead cross-functional operational improvements by mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing AI-enabled, automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.
Supports partner sales operations from account setup and deal registration through quoting, ordering, and post-sales workflows, while improving data quality, program execution, reporting, and operational processes.
Own day-to-day operations for a financial product line, coordinating launches and changes, testing readiness, maintaining procedures and controls, and resolving issues across product, operations, and technology teams.
Build and maintain practical AI tools and workflow automations, improve business systems, and support accurate records, reporting, and operational processes across administration, maintenance, and field teams.
Manage campaign setup and performance operations, coordinate best practices across departments, troubleshoot technical issues with Product and Engineering, and help improve processes and tools that reduce errors and costs.
