This role is ideal for a proven operations or business leader who understands the unique demands of a healthcare or clinical services environment. A clinical license is not required for this position—we're looking for someone who can run the business side of operations for their assigned psychotherapists while our licensed clinicians focus on resident care.

• Manage vendor relationships and team resources
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and facility partners to align operations with care standards and program growth goals
• Handle billing, insurance, and revenue cycle oversight in coordination with finance/billing staff
• Serve as a liaison between the psychotherapy team and skilled nursing/assisted living facility staff
