- Design, prototype, configure, and validate MedInquiry solutions to address customer problems.
- Iterate on product designs and implementations through an agile process.
- Write detailed product specifications and communicate actionable requirements to engineering.
- Create and manage the product-area roadmap, incorporating customer needs and industry trends.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to deliver solutions across Veeva applications.
🛠️ Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product management
- Experience with case management and customer service intake channels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning
- Experience in researching and understanding customer and market requirements to develop short and long-term product roadmaps and plans
- Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog
- Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
- Track record of effectively collaborating with engineering/QA to define, design and deliver the product
- Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build, launch, and grow capabilities for Veeva MedInquiry. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct a product definition, a solution map, and roadmap, and define detailed product specifications.
We’re looking for a self-starter that takes initiative with a natural ability to execute, adapt, and learn quickly when faced with ambiguity. You will work closely with a team of industry and technology A-players, who together are bringing to life the next generation of Veeva products to Medical Affairs.
