- Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops and communicate complex ideas simply.
- Self-starter with a track record of operational discipline and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for key project milestones.

The Role
As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving Implementation Excellence for our life sciences customers. Focused on our Vault CRM Events Management application, you will deliver structured, compliant, and end-to-end event management solutions—ranging from speaker programs and advisory boards to roundtables and fee-for-service activities.
In alignment with our Services Vision, you will be deeply skilled in leveraging the Vault Platform. You will use technology enablement, automation tools, and prescriptive, packaged solutions to make implementations faster, more precise, and highly efficient. Guided by our core values—Customer Success, Do the Right Thing, Employee Success, and Speed—you will ensure our products are implemented the right way, used the right way, and deliver increasing value over time.
