- Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Quality, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain
- Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

The Role
As a Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.
Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more patients. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer products. Our team is growing rapidly. As a Consultant, you will own business process, change management, and/or program management workstreams of transformational programs spanning software, AI agent, and business process redesign.
