- Own and support the AM operating rhythm, including forecast preparation, business reviews, and performance reporting.
- Inspect renewal, expansion, and retention performance to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Run audits across pipeline and CRM to improve data quality and operational discipline.
- Support account management and territory changes to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with leadership to enhance pipeline generation and track performance against targets.
