About the Role

Help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering. You'll work closely with Clinical, Operations, Data, Client Services, and Product to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and ensure solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and process gaps.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets.
  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation for engineering.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Validate delivered features against business requirements before release.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements
