- Execute recruiting strategies in partnership with the Head of Talent for critical technical hires.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned searches, from intake through accepted offer.
- Recruit primarily for highly technical engineering positions while occasionally supporting non-technical hiring.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional passive technical talent.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers and technical leaders.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through proactive communication and thoughtful follow-up.
🛠️ Requirements
- Approximately 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Engineering and Product teams.
- Experience recruiting in-house for a high-growth technology startup.
- Proven track record of recruiting highly specialized engineering talent.
- Strong partnership experience with engineering leaders and technical hiring managers.
- Exceptional sourcing skills to identify and engage passive technical talent.
- Ability to understand complex technical domains and translate that into effective recruiting strategies.
