Binance Accelerator Program - Operations & PMO (Earn Regulatory & Growth)
Assist the Earn Regulatory team in managing compliance projects and product operations while gaining hands-on experience in the digital assets space during this internship.
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented KYC/B Onboarding Analyst to join our growing onboarding team. This is not a pure document-review role: you'll split your time between reviewing customer cases and automating the flows themselves, working hands-on with Claude and our internal tooling to redesign how the work gets done.
You'll be on the front lines of customer due diligence, reviewing incoming applications, working through compliance requirements, and helping move clients through the pipeline efficiently across three regions. Priorities shift as the business does (new products, new markets, new regulatory asks), so you'll need to connect the dots across multiple workstreams and adapt fast, without ever compromising the integrity of the process. This role is built for someone who thrives independently, spots inefficiency and fixes it, and takes pride in getting things right.
Location: This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area (2-3 days/week). #LI-HYBRID

Manage and prioritize your ticket queue in HubSpot, keeping pipeline stages up to date and escalating blockers as needed
Automate the flows themselves: use Claude and our internal tools to build, test, and maintain automations for repetitive review, data-gathering, and reporting steps, with the goal of eliminating manual work rather than just completing it
Bring a process efficiency mindset: identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and redesign workflows while safeguarding the controls and audit integrity that compliance work demands
Connect the dots across parallel org priorities (product launches, compliance requests, pipeline pushes) and reprioritize your queue as the picture changes
Conduct risk assessments on individuals and businesses, identifying red flags and applying appropriate due diligence levels
Gather and verify supporting documents (corporate docs, IDs, UBO structures, licenses, etc.) from clients and internal stakeholders
Work across multiple internal platforms and tools to track, verify, and complete onboarding cases
Develop deep familiarity with regional compliance requirements and stay current as regulations evolve
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Account Management teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with internal policies
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, given LATAM and EU coverage. English is a requirement.
1 to 2 years of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or a related field (or a strong academic background in finance, law, or business)
Fintech/Bank/financial institution experience desirable
Familiarity with AML/CFT concepts, corporate structures, or sanctions screening is a plus
Comfort navigating multiple tech platforms simultaneously and learning new tools quickly; genuine excitement to work with AI tools like Claude every day
Strong attention to detail; you catch things others miss and take documentation seriously
Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload without close supervision
Highly adaptable; you handle shifting priorities and ambiguity well, and can switch context across regions, products, and workstreams without losing rigor
Comfort with repetitive, documentation-heavy work, paired with the instinct to systematize and automate it rather than just power through it
Clear written communication skills for client-facing and internal correspondence
