The Direct Response & Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for executing direct response fundraising campaigns, managing project timelines, and enhancing donor relationships through effective communication and outreach.
Build and operationalize AI-powered marketing workflows across campaigns, reporting, lead qualification, and channel execution, helping marketing teams automate high-impact work with reusable tools.
Build full-funnel reporting and shared performance metrics that connect marketing activity to revenue, helping marketing, sales, and leadership improve attribution, forecasting, campaign ROI, and decision-making.
Serve as the technical expert for Meta platforms and WhatsApp Business, resolving account and messaging issues while advising clients and teams on campaign setup, platform best practices, and reliable communication.
Own HubSpot and the marketing technology stack for Music Brands, building automation, attribution, and trusted reporting while improving campaign performance and data quality across marketing and sales.
