In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Meta platforms and WhatsApp Business, helping ensure reliable communication channels and effective advertising campaigns. You will support account management and implementation teams by diagnosing technical issues, resolving account restrictions, and improving the quality and performance of WhatsApp messaging. Working closely with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders, you will provide practical guidance on campaign configuration, messaging templates, account permissions, and platform best practices. You will play a key role in identifying the root causes of technical problems, including blocked phone numbers, declining messaging quality, and rejected templates. Beyond troubleshooting, you will develop documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge resources to strengthen team capabilities and improve service delivery. Accountabilities:
Act as the internal subject matter expert on Meta platforms and WhatsApp Business, supporting account management and implementation teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve WhatsApp Business API issues, including blocked phone numbers, messaging quality deterioration, template rejections, messaging limits, and other operational restrictions.
Manage and troubleshoot Meta Business Manager configurations, including user permissions, business verification, account restrictions, and access-related issues.
Advise clients and agencies on Meta advertising campaigns, configuration requirements, platform policies, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness and operational reliability.
Investigate technical problems, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with relevant internal teams or external providers when necessary.
Provide clear, actionable guidance to customers and colleagues, translating complex technical concepts into accessible explanations for non-technical audiences.
Support multiple concurrent requests, prioritizing issues according to urgency, business impact, and customer needs while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
Document troubleshooting procedures, recurring issues, technical solutions, and operational best practices to build a reliable internal knowledge base.
Develop training materials and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to improve the technical capabilities of account management, implementation, and other relevant teams.
Identify recurring challenges and opportunities for process improvement, helping standardize workflows and strengthen the reliability of WhatsApp communication and Meta advertising operations.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with the WhatsApp Business API, including phone number management, message templates, messaging quality, sending limits, and troubleshooting.
Practical experience with Meta Business Manager, including permissions management, business verification, account restrictions, and resolving access issues or account blocks.
Knowledge of Meta advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, configuration, and platform best practices.
Proven experience troubleshooting technical issues, investigating root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients, agencies, and colleagues from different functional backgrounds.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and respond effectively to urgent issues.
Ability to create clear documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.
Customer-oriented mindset, with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate across teams and provide practical guidance in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Experience in the real estate sector, including real estate agencies, property developers, or property listing platforms.
Experience working at a performance marketing agency or managing technical and campaign-related requests for multiple advertisers.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business solution providers and their platforms or integrations.
Previous experience in Customer Success, technical support, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Knowledge of SQL, business intelligence tools, or data analysis practices.
Experience designing training programs, delivering internal workshops, or maintaining technical knowledge bases.
