Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Solution Delivery Lead / Technology Project Manager to support the Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Data Privacy technology portfolio for our pharma client in Boston's Seaport.

This is a senior, hands-on technology delivery role. You will independently lead complex technology initiatives from start to finish, covering intake, requirements, vendor selection, build, testing, go-live, and handover to support. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, security, technical teams, and vendors

What You'll Do

• Project leadership: Lead technology projects across the full SDLC — intake, discovery, requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization and closeout.
• Stage gates & documentation: Know which deliverables and documentation each SDLC phase requires, and make sure each project meets them before moving forward.
• Requirements: Lead and document business, functional and system requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability. Make sure requirements are complete, approved and carried through design, build, testing and implementation.
• Solution design: Partner with business stakeholders, architects, security, technical teams, vendors and SMEs on solution design and delivery.
• Planning & governance: Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, actions and deliverables. Prepare weekly status reports and facilitate Steering Committee meetings.
• Agile delivery: Manage Jira epics, stories, backlogs and sprints. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement and delivery tracking.
• Vendor management: Lead RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation and selection, and ongoing vendor management.
• Testing: Lead system, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, defect management and resolution.
• Business readiness: Partner with business and change management teams on communications, training and adoption.
• Go-live: Coordinate cutover, go-live, transition to support and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Experience

• 12–15+ years in technology project management, IT solution delivery, business systems analysis and/or program management.
• A strong technical delivery background. This is not a general business project management role.
• Proven experience leading complex technology implementations across the full SDLC.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC phase gates, requirements documentation, testing, validation, implementation and transition to support.
• Strong delivery experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong Jira, vendor management, testing, governance and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Senior, hands-on and highly independent — able to own a project end-to-end without close supervision.

Industry experience (required)

• Experience delivering technology projects in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences environment, including GxP.
• Experience supporting Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy and/or GRC technology portfolios.

Certifications (required)

• PMP (Project Management Professional).
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).
