Project Lead (Health)

BVN is inviting expressions of interest from exceptional Project Leaders, who have experience in delivering significant health projects on site, to join our Sydney studio. This is an exciting, dynamic position that requires an adept and experienced individual to significantly contribute to key projects at BVN.

The Role

• Effectively manage and coordinate internal teams as well as external groups, including contractors.
• Liaise with clients and contractors while representing BVN at meetings and presentations.
• Encourage, mentor, and develop your team’s skills to encourage professional growth.

Additional Experience

• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex, large scale health care projects, in whole or in part, or making a significant contribution in a 2IC capacity, in a D&C or MC procurement environment.
• Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills – a desire to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership.
• Proven knowledge of the total project process including fee, variation and team management, schedules and budgets.
• A positive, innovative, capable, and dynamic approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills, particularly written and verbal.
• A concise understanding and mindfulness of core design intent philosophies throughout all project phases.
• An understanding of AusHFGs.
• A working knowledge of Revit and dRofus software would be well regarded.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture or equivalent (with a minimum of 10 years post graduate professional experience).
