Implementation Program Manager

As an Implementation Program Manager at Stord, you will drive the onboarding experience for new customers and support the growth of existing brands through innovative supply chain solutions.

Description

• Maintain and execute a portfolio of customer projects from onboarding to service engagements.
• Partner with teams to manage all aspects of the onboarding process from signature through hypercare.
• Balance internal and external priorities while meeting customer and Stord goals.
• Track progress in customer onboarding and implement new KPIs to improve processes.
• Spearhead design and execution of technology solutions for existing customers.
• Act as a culture warrior for Stord values and advocate for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Versatile team player comfortable under pressure and able to challenge assumptions.
• Experience in a cross-functional, customer-oriented change role in supply chain services or SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Enthusiastic about iterating and improving tools and processes with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for customer-critical milestones.
