- Configure and tailor customer accounts based on documentation and direction from the Implementation Specialist.
- Maintain clean and organized customer records in Hubspot, ensuring high standards of data hygiene and accuracy.
- Convert, interpret, and manipulate various document types (e.g., PDFs, Word, Excel, CSVs) for platform compatibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Specialists and fellow Builders to enhance onboarding efficiency.
- Embrace changes in tools, processes, and product features with agility and a growth mindset.
- Demonstrate efficient time management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
🛠️ Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, implementation, platform setup, or a related role.
- Exposure to the roofing, construction, or home services industry is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong written English communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
- Proficiency in handling and converting various file types (e.g., PDF to CSV, Excel).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt as processes evolve.
