- Own technical discovery for prospective merchants, understanding their stack and checkout flow.
- Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant engineering and business stakeholders.
- Design integration solutions across APIs, SDKs, and platform plugins.
- Write technical proposals and complete RFP and security questionnaire responses.
- Support merchant mobile app integrations and validate integrations in sandbox and production.
- Troubleshoot live integration issues and act as a trusted technical advisor post-launch.
🛠️ Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or technical account management.
- Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
- Working knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
