Implementation Consultant I

As an Implementation Consultant I, you will guide customers through a 5-week implementation program, ensuring they successfully go live with our solutions.

Description

• Serve as a point of contact for customers during the implementation program.
• Prepare, update, and manage project management materials.
• Keep customers on track to go-live within their schedule.
• Manage risks that could prevent customers from going live.
• Conduct live sessions demonstrating best practices and features.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Home Service industry knowledge and experience.
• Critical thinking skills with experience in troubleshooting software issues.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a big plus.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple moving pieces.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.
