- Coordinate and track strategic sourcing initiatives (RFx events, negotiations, renewals) end to end.
- Own the PMO operating cadence, preparing materials and tracking outcomes for recurring forums.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- Identify and implement improvements to sourcing and PMO processes, standardizing templates and playbooks.
- Administer and optimize procurement/sourcing systems and workflows, ensuring data integrity.
🛠️ Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or PMO areas.
- Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and turn data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized project management skills to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills tailored to various stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and drive alignment across teams.
