As a Business Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out assigned tasks to ensure that the daily operations of the bank's financial services run smoothly and in accordance with both internal procedures and external regulations
Answering requests / questions from internal colleagues, customers and other stakeholders related to the daily business
Ensuring that we don’t miss out on opportunities to grow and innovate our service delivery

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
