Analyze customer data and behavior to guide business decisions, build reports and dashboards, and develop automated cross-channel communications that support personalized customer experiences across the Baltics.
As a People Analytics Analyst, you will model and build dashboards in Power BI, prepare data, define HR metrics, automate routines, and ensure data quality and governance.
Analisa indicadores operacionais e transforma necessidades internas em dashboards e soluções de BI, mantendo a qualidade dos dados e apoiando decisões e melhorias na área de Preparação para Venda.
Conduz análises estratégicas de negócio, transforma dados em recomendações acionáveis e apoia lideranças e áreas parceiras na tomada de decisão, priorização de iniciativas e evolução de indicadores e dashboards.
Analisa dados financeiros e de custos, desenvolvendo dashboards, modelos de dados e automações para melhorar a confiabilidade das informações e apoiar decisões sobre custos, rentabilidade e eficiência operacional.
