- Perform customer segmentation and data selections.
- Process and analyze large volumes of data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different units.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Analyze customer behavior and provide business recommendations.
- Design and implement automated cross-channel communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, data processing and working with large datasets
- Strong MS Excel skills and SQL fundamentals are essential (segmentation logic, joins, filtering)
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills as well as good communication skills and proficiency in English, as daily work consists of Baltic-level projects.
- Familiarity of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, or Python would be considered an advantage
- Higher education (completed or in progress) in Mathematics, IT, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred, though relevant hands-on experience in data-related roles is highly valued
