About the role:
As an HR Delivery Specialist in the Compensation unit, you will support the administration and delivery of SEB's variable remuneration programmes. You'll work with bonuses, incentive plans, collective profit sharing and equity-based long-term incentive programmes, ensuring processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
This role combines HR expertise with financial processes, data analysis, reporting and system administration. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, complex data and process excellence, while collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, take initiative and collaborate closely with colleagues in Vilnius and Sweden to deliver high-quality compensation operations.
Execute daily and regular HR operations within the variable remuneration area
Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly variable remuneration tasks
Manage cases and support employee inquiries
Support variable remuneration projects and initiatives with needed input
Collaborate with colleagues across HR and Finance to effectively resolve user inquiries and support ongoing variable remuneration operations
Maintain and update work instructions as required
Identify and suggest process improvements
Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in testing new tools
Share knowledge within the team
Previous experience working with compensation, variable remuneration, or finance processes would be an advantage
Advanced Excel knowledge
