- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (administration, customization, workflow automation) and experience managing integrations with other business systems
- Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing GTM processes and systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Technology-forward mindset: eager to evaluate, learn, and implement new tools and automations (AI, BI tools, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for scaling revenue operations

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Rain, you will serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Ops - driving alignment, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. This is a strategic individual contributor role that combines analytical rigor, systems expertise, and operational execution.
You’ll own the architecture and optimization of Rain’s GTM/ revenue systems (including HubSpot), design scalable processes to enable growth, and provide actionable insights that shape go-to-market strategy and performance. You will partner closely with senior leadership to operationalize business strategy and improve efficiency across the revenue funnel.
What you’ll do

Proactively identify areas for improvement in data quality, process, and technology

Who you are

Compensation
$160-180k OTE. Please Note: these figures represent a range, and the Company takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
