- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategies with business priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders to address organizational challenges and enable growth.
- Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
- Support organizations in rapidly evolving technology environments, focusing on AI and cloud computing challenges.
- Translate business priorities into integrated HR strategies with various Centers of Excellence.
- Lead change initiatives by providing coaching and communication strategies.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least four years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated experience advising leaders through complex employee situations.
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including Organizational Development and Performance Management.
- Strong consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
