- Acionar a matriz de escalonamento, abrir a Sala de Guerra (War Room) e convocar os participantes e equipes previstas,confirmar o moderador técnico da Profarma, controlar pauta, registros de decisões, pendências e comunicações, emitir comunicados e boletins de status periódicos durante o evento.
- Pós-Incidente e Relatórios: Elaborar e emitir o Relatório Pós-Incidente Grave
(consolidação de governança, linha do tempo, impacto e próximos passos). Gestão de
Problemas (Fluxo): Formalizar a abertura do ticket de Problema, garantir a correta
classificação, designação, acompanhamento de prazos e governança do fluxo.
- Indicadores: Monitorar e reportar KPIs de desempenho (MTTA, Tempo de
Escalonamento, Tempo de Comunicação, SLA de atualizações, % RPI no prazo, etc.).
